Changes of the Terms and Conditions
Lucky 8 may need to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time due to commercial changes; law and regulations; instructions; guidance and for any other reason. We reserve the right to amend, modify, update and change any of the terms as we deem appropriate. Where we make changes, we wish to notify you of, we will provide users proper notice either by email or by placing a notice on the website for notification purposes. Any updated or modified version of these terms will take effect immediately after its publication on the website. If there is a material change which affects user's rights or obligations under these terms and conditions, we will provide at least 7 days advance notice by email or providing a prompt with the link of the revised terms on our website. Application and Permitted Participation
In order to place a bet or play a game by using Lucky 8 service, you will need to register an account.
All users and applicants must be aged 18 years or over. Any users not legally of age who use our service or register with our website will be in breach of the terms and conditions. User's account and Undertakings
Users shall not allow any third-party to use their account, password or identity to access and use the service. Users are responsible for the security of their own username and password on their own computer. Lucky 8 may, at any time, set off any positive balance in any user's account against any amount owed by the user to Lucky 8. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any bets, shakes, or any other wager made by user or through the user's account.
Users should be fully aware of and understand the methods, rules and procedures of the service and online gambling in general. It remains the responsibility of all users to ensure the details of bets and games are correct.
Users must be aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling and they are fully responsible for any such loss. In relation to any financial losses that users incur, they shall have no claims against Lucky 8.

No withdraw is allowed if user's account has not been verified.
Account verification must be completed within 72 hours of your initial deposit. If the verification check has not been completed within the valid time frame, user's account will be suspend and will remain in effect until the account verification is completed.
If the verification check is failed, user's account will be suspend immediately. Verification failure will result in account closure and user will no longer be able to play for real money in Lucky 8. Any residual balance up to the value of your initial deposits will be return to user within 7 working days.

Suspension and Closure
If a user wishes to close their account, Lucky 8 will respond by confirming the closure of their account and the date from which the closure will be effective. Lucky 8 retains authority over the maintenance, issue and termination of all users' accounts on this website. In the case that a user is in breach of the foregoing, Lucky 8 shall be entitled to block or close any account and shall not be liable to refund any credit that users have accumulated through the account. The decision of Lucky 8's management, as regards any aspect of a user's account, service or dispute resolution, is final and shall not be open to review or appeal.
If a user chooses to opt for a temporary "take a break", their account will be suspended for a pre-determined period of time. It would be your obligation to abide by this restriction for the duration of this period. If you open a new account during this "take a break" period, we will close all accounts in your name and we will be under no obligation to refund any deposits or funds from the account while the restrictions were in place.
If any user has an issue or problem with gaming addiction or have been previously blocked for a gaming addiction by Lucky 8, it is strictly prohibited for that user to open any new accounts with Lucky 8. Any new un-authorised accounts will be closed immediately and any funds therein will be forfeit.

Customer Funds Protection
Lucky 8 takes the protection of all users funds very seriously and we consider it to be a top priority. We will hold all our user's funds in a separate, independent bank account which is completely segregated from all of other business accounts. This method meets the basic level of user fund protection under UK Gambling license requirements. We will separate funds received from users as soon as the user's funds have been credited to their account. These monies would always be completely secure and separate and therefore would not form part of the businesses' assets in the event of liquidation or insolvency. Nothing in this agreement shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any third parties not party to this agreement other than with respect to any company within the group.
No Waiver by Lucky 8 of any breach of any provision of this agreement shall in anyway be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such provision or any breach of any other provision of this agreement.
This terms and condition contains the entire agreement between Lucky 8 and user relating to user's use of the website, services and any other prior agreement between Lucky 8 and user in relation to the same.
